Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. We offer standard shipping with an estimated delivery time of 5–10 business days, and express shipping with an estimated delivery time of 2–5 business days. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of receiving this email. You can use this number to track your order through our carrier's website.

Lost or Stolen Packages OneBuy is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have been confirmed as delivered to the address provided at checkout. Upon request, we will confirm the delivery address, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier details so that you may investigate further with the carrier.
